Emotional Intelligence: REAL People Skills
We’ve all heard of Emotional Intelligence (EI) but do you really know what it means? Did you know that our behavior and the decisions we make have more to do with our emotions than intellect? Linda will share with us the four areas of ET including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. You will learn new and effective strategies to improve your EI and be more impactful in your organization.
