Sally Roberts MBA SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Past-President of CSRA SHRM

Employees are leaving their jobs at a record number.  We live in a time of remote work, social distancing and the desire for work/life balance.  In this session, Sally will share ideas on how to recognize and engage employees both virtually and in person to promote a culture of inclusion and belonging. You can have a High Touch employee recognition initiative to prevent your employees from being part of the Great Resignation.

Learning Objectives:

  1.  Attendees will hear up-to-date statistics and learn why millions of workers have left their jobs since 2021.

  2. Attendees will identify how the pandemic has negatively impacted their work culture.

  3. Attendees will hear about specific actions NavCare took to address the issues of pandemic dynamics and employee engagement.

  4. Attendees will be able to identify ways to improve employee engagement and work culture.
