About the speaker, Quionna Allen

Quionna Allen is the founder of Caldwell Allen Consulting and a strategic HR partner, DEI consultant, and leadership coach. Through her consulting firm, she is on a mission to help leaders lead more effectively and build environments that allow their team members to thrive. Quionna has over 20 years of corporate HR experience and has worked in multiple industries with a variety of leader and employee populations across the globe.  

Under her leadership, Caldwell Allen Consulting focuses on outcomes that yield accelerated results for both the individual and the organization. They use a data-driven approach to explore strengths and barriers impacting results.  

Quionna is a certified professional coach (CPC), 12 Week Year trainer, Predictive Index Partner, and holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tuskegee University.
