March 2023 Mini-Conference!

Here's the lineup we have prepared for our first mini-conference of the year!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

8:00a - 9:00a Workers Compensation Best Practices for Employers

It's something anyone working can face - an accident at work. Knowing what to do and how to react is crucial for not only your employee, but also your organization. Join us as we talk about best practices and learn about how to reduce risk with injuries at work. Steve Munn, Master Worker's Comp Advisor with MAI Advisors, will be presenting for this meeting.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

9:00a - 10:00a
Navigating Employee Investigations

Whether it is sexual harassment, work injuries, job function incidents, or something said on social media, it seems we're always (in some form or fashion) interviewing employees of our organizations. During our second hour of the mini-conference, Sonya Everett with ADP will talk with us about best practices regarding employee investigations.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

10:00a - 11:00a
Employment Practice Liabilities & Director/Officer Liabilities

This will be an enlightening conversation on liabilities regarding employment, which can include a myriad of issues. Tara Chambers, Senior Executive Underwriter, with The Hartford will guide through what is sure to be a great reminder on some tried & true practices, but also challenge us with new best practices for your business or organization.
