Meet This Month's Speaker:
Ashleigh R. Eames is an experienced attorney who advises employers on a broad range of workplace matters while regularly defending them against claims in federal and state courts, arbitration forums, and before government agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state human rights commissions. She actively represents employers in claims involving Title VII, Section 1981, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Ashleigh uses her J.D. from the University of Florida and her B.A. from the University of Central Florida along with her experience to represent employers in administrative proceedings, investigations, arbitration, and litigation. She takes a strategic approach to analyzing claims, tailoring her guidance to each client’s business goals and leveraging her experience on both sides of employment disputes to deliver practical, informed counsel.
